Eight members of the NZIPP achieved silver or higher at the recently judged Australian Institute of Professional Photography awards – known as the APPAS in Melbourne recently. They were:

Shelley Amerio-Higgins - Central Districts - 1 Gold, 2 Silver Distinctions, 1 Silver - Runner Up 2010 AIPP Australian Creative Photographer of the Year

Adam Buckle - Central Districts - 3 Silvers

Tony Carter - Central Districts - 2 Silvers

Kaye Davis - Central Districts - 1 Gold, 1 Silver Distinction, 2 Silvers

Stephen Goodenough - Canterbury/Westland - 2 Silver Distinctions, 2 Silvers

Paul Gummer - Central Districts - 1 Gold, 2 Silver Distinctions, 1 Silver - Winner 2010 AIPP Australian Landscape Photographer of the Year
Chris Hill - Central Districts - 2 Silvers

Stuart Riddell - Auckland/Northland - 3 Silvers
