The NZIPP Disputes Resolution Procedure has been created to provide complainants with a means to lodge a complaint against an NZIPP member where there has been a breakdown in communication. All complaints are taken seriously, and are handled in an impartial and professional manner by the NZIPP administration team and NZIPP Board.
All complaints made must be in writing and sent to the NZIPP Administration Officer (E:firstname.lastname@example.org). In the first instance the Adminstration Officer acts as a mediator between the parties. If the Administration Officer cannot resolve the complaint between the complainant and the NZIPP member, the NZIPP Board member who holds the Disputes Resolution Portfolio will be asked to assist. If the complaint is still not able to be resolved, it is referred to the NZIPP Board to seek a resolution.
