It’s a night where we come together to recognise excellence, celebrate achievements, reconnect with friends, and applaud the photographers whose work has inspired us throughout the Iris Awards.
Whether you’re an entrant eagerly awaiting the results, a supporter wanting to celebrate alongside our finalists, or simply someone who enjoys being part of the photography community, the Gala Awards Evening is an unforgettable experience.
Throughout the evening we’ll announce the winners of each category, present our major awards, and reveal the recipients of the prestigious New Zealand Professional Photographer of the Year and Australian Professional Photographer of the Year titles.
If you’ve never attended before, this is much more than an awards ceremony. It’s a chance to dress up in the Golden hour theme, enjoy a fantastic evening with fellow photographers, celebrate the craft we all love, and be part of one of the highlights of the photographic calendar.
