Increase Productivity with Better Workflow – John Foster

Originally a Draughtsman for Civil Aviation, John’s desire to be creative was too strong. His first inspiration was landscapes and he particularly enjoyed photographing people. Since the tragedy of the Christchurch earthquakes in 2010 & 2011, John had more time to do landscapes again and found it really rewarding. John has been traveling around New Zealand ever since. Photographically NZ is absolutely stunning, we are so lucky. John really enjoys teaching photography. He has previously tutored at the University of Canterbury – Department of Continuing education, working part time for over 10 years before he got too busy. Johns is teaching part-time again at Papanui High School and loves it. He has recently opened a dedicated teaching facility and photo studio concentrating on small numbers. John really enjoys hosting and teaching during his Photo Tours around NZ, he said it is lots of fun and lots of great people. The fun and passion continues when John gets to share his wealth of knowledge in regards to efficient smart workflows using both Classic Lightroom and Photoshop.
The location for this workshop is TBC dependent on numbers. Following John’s workshop, the Coastal Otago/Southland members are invited to a self-funded meal where they hope to hold a presentation for the Iris Awards winners.
